Tile and Grout Cleaning
Comments: The man they sent out to clean my entry tile and grout did a fabulous job! You could tell that he cared about the outcome and was not just going through the motions. My tumbled marble flooring was quite dirty and he worked to get all of the residue out of the "pockets" in the tumbled marble. When he was done cleaning, he applied a sealer. Unfortunately, the sealer was not absorbed evenly into the marble. When I called about the problem, he immediately came back out and happily took care of the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Vacuuming
Vacuuming is the most important part of maintaining your carpets. The average family needs their carpets vacuumed at least twice a week to prevent soil build up. Make sure your vacuum is in good working order. Changing the bags before they are totally full allows better air flow. Keep the beater bar clear of long hair, string or anything that would impead smooth roller action in the beater bar and bearings.
Deodorizing
Comments: Very personable and polite young men, They worked fast and efficiently, but I thought the add-ons for deodorizing and scotchgarding were a little pricey - given the space cleaned. I purchased them anyway, though.
Stain Removal
Comments: Arrived on time, very courteous, fast stretching, and thorough cleaning and deordorizing of carpet. Special attention to stain removal. I will use them again and I recommend them to others.
Carpet Repair
Comments: The repairman was timely, professional, and did an excellent job on the carpet repair. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you.
Steam Cleaning
Comments: 1. Company confirmed our appointment the morning of. Two very courteous and polite staff arrived on time. The van with the equipment was clean and presentable. The scope of the work was four bedrooms and one hallway. 2. The staff recommended all the carpets be scrubbed (price increased from $35/rm to $70/rm) although in two of the four rooms there were only a few light discolorations. I was caught off guard by the suggestion and went along with it. Next time I will not use the scrub service on the lightly soiled rooms. 3. When asked about laying paper runners on which to walk while the carpet dried the staff replied they don't do that, nor did they they offer to supply protectors to place under the furniture. 4. The carpets looked excellent after the work (scrub and steam cleaning) which took about 1 1/2 hours. The cost of the job was $320.00. Carpets completely dried in about two days. 5. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars are subsumed in paragraphs 2 and 4. I will use the company for my next carpet cleaning need: however, if paragraphs 2 and 4 issues are still issues for me than I will try another service. Otherwise, they have my business.

Comments: My carpet was very dirty with a lot of stains because my outgoing roommate had a dog she had not cleaned up after very well. I wasn't sure how much cleaning could help, considering most of the stains were at least a few months old. Nor did I know if it would cost a fortune. Well, our cleaner from ProCarpet Care, Jose, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable deal. It was $285 for deep cleaning and disinfecting of all the carpet in a 1100 sq foot apartment. And clean and disinfect it he did. I was amazed at the fact that Jose was able to get all but one very deep stain out of the carpet. The other stains all came out of my cream-colored carpet, amazingly enough. One of the best parts of using this company, though, was the customer service. After the carpet dried, it had a bit of a waxy residue in some places because Jose had had to use so much disinfectant to counter the dog stains. When I called the owner, Mike, he insisted that he'd send Jose back in a fee days to use some more stuff to soften the carpet a bit. Mike didn't charge me anything for this, and Jose even cleaned up a small new dirt spot my outgoing roommate had left while moving potted plants after the carpet had been cleaned. I offered to pay for that stain, but Jose said it wasn't a problem. I was extremely pleased with this company from start to finish. Jose was very friendly, did a great job, and answered my questions about spot cleaning my own stains in the future (though it'll be easier without a dog!) He did such a great job, and the residue was not his fault at all. Besides, he quickly came back to make sure it wouldn't stick. The owner, Mike, was flexible in setting up appointment times and didn't hesitate to make sure the residue issue was solved quickly. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. They do great work, have excellent customer service, and my carpet is amazingly clean now. I will absolutely be using them in the future for any regular maintenance cleaning I need.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Comments: I was quoted $15 a foot to have my dryer vent cleaned. It seemed like a great deal. charged $150 so i guess I have 10 feet? i think i would have liked to see the guy measure since my dryer sits very close to the wall. other than that...so happy with the service. my dryer runs so efficiently now. plus, now my house won't burn down.

Comments: We needed full air duct cleaning. We had 2 units and 16 vents in the whole house. We have always had issues with different services & companies that either never call back, hours late for the appointment &/or less than stellar work... NOT the case here! As soon as I requested a pro service they called minutes later--and mind you this was about 10:30 at night! Excellent customer service. Polite, professional and was clear about price with no hidden charges. They came on time--Did a stellar job and answered all my husband's question throughout the process (he asks alot of questions). Left no mess. Received invoice by e-mail and a coupon for future services. Refreshing to have a company actually do their service with no hassle and that cares about their customer ---100% would use them again!

Comments: Mike and his team did a fantastic job power washing the exterior of one of my rental properties. The before and after pictures were unbelievable. After 15 years of soot, grime, and ozone buildup the stucco and patio cover now look brand new. Great customer service too. Highly recommended!
