My purchasing experience was... okay. It's the service I have a problem with. I bought a newer used car from them and bought the extended highest level warranty. Come to find out NOTHING I take it in for is covered. I took it in to have a bolt on the tensioner repaired, which had been bent before I bought the car, and they wouldn't cover it... despite the fact that my warranty says bolts are covered. Supposedly there was "rust" on it (which there wasn't) and that's NOT covered. Then they quoted me an outrageous amount to replace the bolt. I refused to have it done, so they gave me back my car, but not before they wanted to charge me a $25 fee for just looking at it. Like they didn't get enough from me for that non-existent warranty. What a headache.
