If you are looking for a subpar product with no customer service then call them. Opener is not working two days after install and none has returned my calls about this or question I had on day of install. Horrible customer service.

Called about getting estimate to repair my garage doors. The estimator came and checked out the problem, told what could be done and how much it would cost. She told me that someone would call me to set up an appointment for the repairs to be performed. Never heard from them again.



Had to call another company (A-1 Overhead Garage Doors) who came right out within 15 minutes and repaired the doors right then within another 30 minutes.
