Attentive sales person (Rob) who knew his inventory, was quick to pick up my needs space-wise, my color preferences, and my style. He was good at suggesting what might go with my selection without in any way pushing me into additional expenditures.

Very kind people but they don't seem to kniw what is going on and customer service don't care about the customer all they're worried about is getting you off the phone never agian will I go there.

We bought almost $5k of furniture from this home store. I loved the furniture and the sales associate was very personable and made the experience unforgettable. Unfortunately that's where it stops. After not receiving our furniture for 6 weeks, going back and forth speaking with numerous management level personnel whom all had an excuse from blaming the weather the drivers, the assembly, missing pieces etc.. They eventually decided they could do it in two trips and bring some of the furniture. When I spoke to Greg who is a manager he assured me that he would do anything to make sure I was a happy customer and stated that once all furniture was there he would let us pick out accessories. Although I was hesitant I decided to see what they wait. Its March now and I received all pieces that were first ordered late February. I called the home store in Brunswick to confirm that Greg would be there and we was expecting to see him. However when we arrived he didn't even have the courage to apologize for the inconvenience the delay had caused us. He didn't even welcome us. Instead the sales associate told us he gave us a $100 gift card.... Are you serious!?? After looking around and looking at price tags... There was nothing in that store for that price besides plastic plants.... It was obvious that this $100 gift card is only a scam to get more of the customers money. I walked out of there and swore never to return.
