Ros's Cabinets

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

once they get your deposit money and make you wait months they demand more money and refuse to work with you, I have a contract that has a final price and when I told them that they insulted me by saying I couldn't afford the legal costs and that i should just pay the extra if i want my cabinets. I ordered them 5 months ago and I still have an empty kitchen.

Worst Cabinets I have ever seen! The poor quality and cheap construction is only exceeded by their horrible customer service! Please, DON'T use ros's cabinets! You will regret it... we do! When ros delivered our cabinets their employees wouldn't let us inspect them until we handed them a check. After they unloaded them we found out why. More than half of them were either severely damaged or poorly assembled. Split wood, hinges put in the wrong place, cabinet boxes smashed and structurally compromised, ect... Almost $6,000 in cabinets for a small kitchen, I could have gotten 10 times better from Home Depot or Lowe's stock cabinets. These people treated us like we did something wrong, arguing endlessly about fixing the damage, they even threaten to put a lean on our house because we wouldn't pay the final balance until the repaired cabinets were delivered (they already have half the money from our deposit). Many months later we are still waiting for our cabinets. Please for the love of all things holy don't use this company!

Cabinets came late and were damaged. We received no apology from management for their mistakes. We put a stop pay on our check till the cabinets were fixed and now they want to charge us extra. I would never treat customers this way.
