CVS Pharmacy

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service, good with everything else. There is one pharmacist there that should be losing her license. I have a very severe bladder disease and I am on a cocktail of a bunch of different medications. I stopped going to them because the customer service was horrible, but it was close to my house so I figured I would go one last time. Biggest mistake. I was hospitalized because they gave me the wrong prescription, they gave me a high dose of blood pressure medication instead of an antihistamine I was supposed to get to keep my bladder from swelling. Well I had taken it three times a day for four days and became deathly ill. Was sent home from work and hospitalized, the doctor said if I had taken it for three more days, I would have gone into a coma. I reported the pharmacist, but they did little to nothing besides tell me I should check my prescription before picking it up, which it was a new medication so I had no clue. And they gave me a $20 gift card as if $20 in CVS merchandise will pay for my hospital bills and what could have been my life. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there anymore, at least at their pharmacy. I urge anyone who wants their children or their own lives safe to never fill a prescription there.
