Pronto Insurance

Hate is a strong word but I have to admit, I absolutely hate Pronto insurance. This company can careless about their clients and it shows through the adjusters, management, and customer service associates lack of action. It's been over two weeks since my accident and total loss and I still haven't heard anything else about what is going to happen, neither has the company I have my car loan through. They only found out about because I informed them about it.

Dealing with pronto feels like getting dirt kicked in your face when you're already down



Update: June 27, 2016

it's been over a month and finally my car was paid off since it was considered a total loss (date of accident 5/19/16, payoff determination 5/22/16 est). Payoff is supposed to be done within 10 business days of determination btw. I have yet to see my money. I filed a claim with Texas Department of Insurance because now my credit reflects a missed payment due to waiting for payoff.
