Horrible customer service! We needed new hoses for our propane tanks. When I went, a young woman was there and was quite unfriendly, not very helpful. But Bakers is the only rv parts place in Brownsville, so I bought what we needed. Unfortunately the hoses had the wrong fitting on the end. So my husband and I went to either return or exchange. An older woman was there, did not greet us or smile. Just stared at us, and when I started to explain why we needed to return or exchange, the woman interrupted and said "No returns! We don't do returns on propane parts." We tried to explain the situation and reason with her, and all she would say is that its their policy not to do returns. My husband asked why, and she wouldn't give a reason. I asked her what suggestion she had on what we could do with the hoses, and she said : "whatever you want, you own them." I was really surprised at how incredibly unhelpful and unreasonable these people are. I am surprised that they sell anything and that they have paying tenants in their rv park. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Appalling customer service.
