We called to have someone look at our leaky shower. We got "I'll find out when someone can come out and call you back". We didn't get a call back. My husband had to call again. When someone finally did come out, he took a quick look and said, "I know what I need. I'll check the warehouse and get back to you next week." That week is over and we still have not heard anything. Very unprofessional. I will never call them again. They were recommended to us and I have no idea why. Horrible.

We moved to Florida about 8 months ago and bought an older house that was built in 1976. Shortly after moving in we had some age-related issues with the house, one being a pipe bust. Insurance would cover damages, but not the pipes. Come to find out the whole house really needed to be re-piped because the copper piping reached its lifespan. I called out three companies to quote a re-pipe of our home, Stokes being one of them. David showed up to quote the job. Upon receiving all the quotes I decided to go with Stokes. It wasn't just price, but service that won me over. Courteous, respectful and professional describes this company. I had thrown a few curve balls at them on changes along the way and they were happy to accommodate my requests. Even going above and beyond what they needed to do to complete their scope of work. The job was completed today and I couldn't be any happier with the professional work completed. I HIGHLY recommend Stokes Plumbing.

They are professional but friendly and are my idea of what perfect service should look and feel like. They came back to my home numerous times after advising me how to help fix the issue myself and were incredibly reasonable in price. I would highly recommend to anyone.
