I started with great enthusiasm here, and while I hope the quality of the product meets expectations the 'customer' experience so far is not great. The contract states they will manage the shipping and stay in constant contact, as they are a distributor for overseas company. We ordered windows and doors last March we still dont know (end of oct) the exact date they leave Ireland (we got an update today with an estimate but still waiting), never mind make it to my building site!

I will update as the transaction progresses. The reason I post this review: If your project has strict timelines, this lack of shipping/delivery may be a concern.
