Ideal Cleaners

It appears this store had an owner change sometime last year, and what a difference it makes. Instead of the courtesy, professionalism and respect I was treated with previously as a long-time customer, today I was faced with shouting and insults. And that just because I rightfully complained about a poor work done on my garment, and asked for it to be fixed. I never intend to put my foot here again, as this is how they now treat their customers.
