The Chicken in theTostada Salad is very hard and dry. The steak in the Fajita is cut on the grain instead of against the grain which make the steak hard and stringy. You get a bunch of lettuce and very little tomato. No cucumbers at al,. and they only give yu one salad dressing to a tostada salad. Yu eed more than one salad dressing for all the lettuce they give you. Eagle City Taco on Willoughby St. and Court Street are excellent. The chicken is nice and fresh and juicy not hard. Yes the restaurant need improvement to bring back customers.
