The VA Medical Center Brooklyn is a part of the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System and is located in Brooklyn, N.Y. It offers a range of patient care, customer service, medical and allied health education, health-related research and employment opportunities. The center supports the St. Albans Community Living Center program, which provides physical medicine and rehabilitation, transitional care and home and community care. The VA Medical Center Brooklyn also supports the Homeless Veterans Treatment Program that provides a continuum of care that include outreach, case management, a drop-in center, residential treatment, supported work therapy and either transitional and permanent housing.
