The Brooklyn Bureau of Community Service is a nonprofit organization that has been serving children, adult and families for more than 140 years. The organization serves individuals suffering from neglect, substance abuse, depression, inadequate parenting skills and physical conflicts. It provides foster care prevention, homemaker and emergency services. The Brooklyn Bureau of Community Service operates educational day care centers that serve more than 450 children between the ages of 2 and 11.
