If anyone's looking for a funeral home that'll do anything in their power to make sure that you send your loved one out as they deserve. THIS IS NOT THE FUNERAL HOME TO CHOOSE! I REPEAT DONT YOU DARE CHOOSE THIS BULLSHIT! They say and do one thing My family and I went to this funeral home spend some time with the undertaker, explaining to him what it is that we will like done to my loved one obituary.. Pictures and poems that we went over and asked him to put down Emailed it to him and everything! When we double checked to make sure he understood the first thing he said was " Look I've been doing this since I was five "I guess trying to ensure us that this is his JOB and he knows NOT to forget anything but The day of the funeral we get to the funeral chapel & it's just his casket no music or anything! Looked at his obituary & everything was SPELT wrong Names were mixed up They put his niece down as cousin We made sure everything was categorized so it's no reason for the blatant errors!

This was my first time using Armistead for my family, but I found them for my mother in law in 2004 and was truly pleased with the service,that we used them again for my husbands Aunt. I called on them when my brother passed October 4,2014 and they were compassionate and professional from being to end! The time they took with me and my family was beyond customer service and communicated with me from North Carolina and that was such a blessing! I would and have referred this funeral home to everyone! May Gid continue to give you the patience compassion and love that you show to your customers always! Thank you and God bless you all!!!

If any one looking for a funeral home with burial don't choose armistead they say one thing and do unbelievable stuff. Me and my family was devastated with the out come of our love one. They give us all excuses and would not allow us to see our love one put down in the hole that we pay for and to see the cassette go down. Also the men that was at the grave side said that it will cost us $75 to view the body go down and armistead did not told us that....their price may sounds good but its questionable. If u really love ur love one don't use this funeral home and have to live with a guilty heart.....be aware plz
