My experience with Drimmer's was mainly over the telephone with Isaac. He was a pleasure to deal with; listening to what I wanted, no rushing, making suggestions , and emailing me pictures and all the information on my choices.
My choice was met by a very acceptable price (I had researched Consumer Reports and compared prices with a number of stores), and he even found an available rebate. I would highly recommend dealing with Isaac at the Drimmer's number.
My only disappointment is that Drimmer's is not large enough to have their own trucks for delivery and have to rely on a service to make them. Therefore, they have no control over delivery times and you just have to wait.
