I recently needed a pest control problem handled. I was having a problem with small roaches in my home. About a month ago one of my room mates moved out and I started seeing tiny roaches everytime I turned on the lights in the kitchen and bathrooms.



I called Coastal Georgia Exterminating and found out some preventative measures I could take to keep the problem from returning once they had taken care of it. The girl that answered the phone also did something I had not had done from any of the other local companies I called before I called them. She asked how many kids I had in the home and about pets and fish. I really did even think to mention that to anyone else. Then I found out she asked because she was not just working in the office she was also a registered tech herself. How many companies make sure you speak to a registered tech and not just leave a message for one.



Coastal Georgia Ext sent a tech that day and now the problem is gone. I am very pleased with their service and follow-up.
