Next is our fully stocked Parts Department. If you need any kind of part or accessory for the vehicle see Russ Kreisman. If we don't have it on the shelf, he will do his best to find it for you at the best price possible. Our Service Department Manager, Anthony Smalley, will take care of you and your vehicle if anything should ever go wrong. He has factory trained ASE certified technicians and the latest diagnostic equipment available to see that your vehicle is taken care of the right way. We do not deal exclusively in Mazda parts or service. We work on and provide parts for most imports and domestic vehicles. Call us or just stop by, and we will be happy to serve you! When a new or used vehicle is what you are looking for, come see us first. We are here from 8: 00 am to 6: 00pm, Monday through Friday, 8: 00am to 5: 00pm on Saturday, and Sunday 10: 00am to 3: 00pm. The Service Department is open 8: 00am to 5: 00pm, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays by appointment only.

I had a vibration problem with my BMW that local shops could not diagnose correctly. This problem had been going on for a long time and getting worse. My wife suggested we try Bernie Bishop Mazda for repair, but I wasn't aware they worked on BMWs. My mistake; they repair any vehicle, foreign or domestic.
Took it in one day, it was diagnosed properly in a couple hours, and it was repaired by the following day.
I'm completely satisfied with the quick diagnosis, the speed of repairs, as well as the final price coming in lower than was quoted.
Looks like I found a repair shop for any of my auto needs! I just wish I'd tried them first; I would have saved myself a LOT of anxiety!
For the past 6 years I have taken my 1997 Mazda Protege to Bernie Bishop Mazda whenever it has a problem or is due for an oil change or tune-up.
The work they've done for me has been done correctly & in a very timely manner & their pricing is equivelent to, if not lower than, other auto mechanics in the area.
However, what keeps me coming back to them is their exceptional customer service!
Whether it's over the phone or in person, everyone from the office staff, management & mechanics have always been friendly,helpfull and go out of their way to help me & never seem irritated when I ask a lot of questions. Being a woman that knows very little about cars, I really appreciate this.
