        I sent a package for overnight delivery. It wasn't delivered the next day as I was promised by the smiling clerk behind the counter. What she didn't tell me was that because of the problems going on internally at FedEx there was a very small chance of my package being delivered the next day. They've put signs up in the store saying their money-back guarantee has been suspended until after the Holidays. The people at FedEx knew the likelihood of my package being at its destination the next day was very low but they took my money and didn't mention this at all. When I inquired about why no one mentioned the problems FedEx was having delivering on time, they told me that's why they have the notices out front saying their "money-back guarantee" was suspended. THEY TOOK MY PACKAGE AND PAYMENT KNOWING THEY COULDN'T DELIVER. Doing business like this is unethical.
