Medical Weight Loss
A common area of concern for women is the upper arm. Specifically, the excess skin, fat or both that hang from the under surface. It is an area, that despite exercise and weight loss can remain "flabby" and without definition. Some patients have an extreme amount of excess skin and refer to their arms as a "bat wing".

Ultrasound
Facials are skin treatments that use serums and gentle ultrasound exfoliation to clean pores and moisturize. They not only feel good but also help promote healthy skin by improving the skins barrier function and cell renewal.
MRI
Advanced radiology techniques like an MRI are required to help determine if a gel implant has leaked. It is recommended, but not mandated, that an MRI be performed every two to three years for women with silicone gel breast implants. This is an FDA recommendation only and will be discussed with you at your consult. Be assured, however, silicone gel implants are safe and that they do not make you “sick”. Surgical exchange of a leaking gel implant may be more involved than for a saline implant as some of the leaked gel must be cleaned out. The bottom line is: gel implants are very safe and attractive, but they may require more maintenance.

She completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and went on to complete a five-year General Surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago. After your brow lift procedure, a light dressing is applied to help with swelling and bruising. Drains are not routinely used for a browlift. Light normal activity can be resumed immediately and strenuous physical activity in 3 weeks.

With Post Eyelid Surgery you may anticipate some bruising and swelling, which will diminish as the days go by. Nonnarcotic pain relievers can help with discomfort during the first few days after your procedure.

Face Lift
Smoking inhibits your healing and doesn’t allow Dr. Bonness to perform a procedure that will give you optimal results. We ask that you quit smoking for a minimum of 2 months prior to any surgical procedures on the body, and a minimum of 6 months prior to any facelift surgeries.
Blepharoplasty
Excess skin on the upper lid is responsible for a tired or unrested appearance. The excess skin and fat on the upper lid is addressed with an eyelid lift or Blepharoplasty. There is not a nonsurgical option for this.

Abdominoplasty is designed to tighten the abdominal muscles, as well as remove excess skin and fat in the abdomen area. Based on the amount of stretching and loose skin, you may undergo a mini, modified, or full traditional tummy tuck procedure.
