Overall i've been having a great experience so far with hem. they alway deliver my order before or on time and they consistently have met my needs.The rep i dealt with had a great attitude and she delivered on my order a few days before the set deadline. She also informed me about the risks associated with the brand of hand soap we had made available in the laundry room bathroom tha had an active ingredient Triclosan which is dangerous. I've dealt with many supply companies in the past, quite a few of which who have been pushy and very determined to up-sell me on 1 to many things. I am happy to recommend this company.
