The UPS Store

Went in to have a copy of my book printed out. The prices seemed kind of high but i was willing to pay for quality. After getting home I realized that they had incorrectly printed about half of the pages. Figuring they would fix the problem, I returned. Only to be rudely told that "it's not our problem" and that they would re-print for half the cost. I had already paid 30$ for 50 pages and was not about to pay 45$ for the same thing. It did seem silly that they wouldn't do it for free, seeing as I would have had more copies made there (amounting to 100's of dollars) but instead I will never return. The staff is very friendly but the owner is a small minded dinkle.

the service of the Brockport UPS store is outstanding! They are personable and knowlegable. i go there all the time rather then go to the USPS. They never lose my packages and they are very friendly! I'd recommend them whole heartedly!!
