This company is a scam. I ordered a part from them for my boat through Walmart.Com. They issued a tracking number but never actually shipped the part. I have tried exactly 74 times to call this company. The automated phone system will send you to voicemail. You can never leave a message because the boxes are full. Walmart is refunding my money and referring this company to management for vendor removal. Do not believe the other 5 star crap on here. I'm sure they are fake and probably done by the company itself.

My only small problem with your company is that Buster's is always so overrun with customers that I sometimes have to wait few minutes to get service. Most other dealers a sitting with empty parking lots and yet I have trouble finding a space and park and have to park around the corner. 5 minutes waiting, is worth getting the part you want in one stop. That's what keeps me coming back and I'm glad to see your still going strong in these troubled times. Cudos.

steer clear of this place. I have to give them at least one star to post this review....they deserve NO STARS!!

Buster comes across as the nicest guy on the planet but delivers nothing. His tech crew is the worst I have ever seen in over 40 years of boating! I had to pay $3k with a reputable Mercury tech staff to clean-up and correct the mess Buster's crew created.
Mercury anointed Buster's as a Premier Dealer. All that does is give him better pricing. Corporate - from the President's office - did nothing to help correct my problems other than say "Bring it back to Busters!"

RUN AWAY FROM BUSTER'S - don't get seduced by pricing!!

Oh, by the way, Adam was Buster's LEAD tech! He was supposed to be a "one of the best mechanics." He was so good on my Twin 300 Verado install that I was broken-down multiple times within a two week period! You can change the name but you cannot escape a lousy reputation!

I have been a loyal customer of Buster's Marine since I purchased my 28' Mako 3 years ago. They gave me an unbelievable deal on my boat that runs like a dream to this day. Customer service was exceptional! I have also bought 2 Mercury inflatable boats and motors for both of my children and every boating need I have ever had they have met. I am a fan of Buster's and my whole family is too A+++

I have read reviews about Buster's Marine from both sides - 1 star and 5 stars. Well, I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but my experience was nothing short of GREAT! I am in Mexico right now and my dinghy motor was acting up. I decided the problem was a gummed up carburetor. I called in the evening on Pacific time and caught Buster in his car on his way home (yes he forwarded his business phone to his cell phone). I told him I needed a carb. He told me he was driving home and could I call him in an hour. I asked if my number was on his caller ID and could he just call me when he got home. No problem.. long story short - he answered his phone while driving home, called me back when he got home, I told him I needed the carb in Arizona in 2 days so a friend could bring it with him on his trip to Mexico to go fishing with me, and he did it, and did it at a great price. He charged my card exactly the amount we had agreed on, sent it out first thing the next morning, and then called me back on Monday to ensure that I got it as promised. I couldn't possibly ask for any more. Buster's marine saved the day for me. Thank you!!!

i don't know what others are posting regarding the services that buster marine does. anyway, just last week i had my 2010 Sea Doo GTX Limited iS 260 for a check up. the guys there told me that the external propulsion system makes unusual noises.

i asked them how much $$$ would it cost me? they said that they would do some tests to check whats making the noise & told me to come back next day. but if it was worn out, i will have to replace the system. since it was friday it would mean that saturday it is & i need the seadoo by sunday coz my nephews are gonna use it. david, who was the person i talked with in busters, told me that it would be ready next day.

i told him that i needed it on sunday. anyway, came back next day & it was very good & running very well. asked david how much i owed him but to my surprise i just owe him $20 for cleaning the system! whoa i was so glad that i brought my seadoo to busters coz i saved huge $$$ that i used in treating my nephews!

thanks so much david & your crew for fixing my seadoo.

I was at a boat show and notic...

I was at a boat show and noticed the booth that Buster's had on display. I have actually seen Buster's online many times while looking at inflatable boats. I also noticed them at past shows and quickly found out that they are a pretty reputable company. The people who helped me were very knowledgeable. I finally bought the inflatable I needed for my sailboat, and am very happy it was from Buster's.

I purchased a Mercury inflatab...

I purchased a Mercury inflatable boat from Busters Marine service earlier this year and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with how they serviced me AFTER the sale. They were charming and professional during the sale and promised me they stand behind everything they sell however that has been 100% opposite of what has happened. They acted as if I was bothering them when my inflatable boat was leaking air and tried to push my to buy another one with full knowledge that the boat had a valid warranty. They were so rude to my wife and I that after several conversations with them we opted to buy a new inflatable from a different company and haven't looked back. Of course no refund either. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!
