Ridge Crest Town Apartments

This place is not what it saids. People selling and buying drugs all day and night. Good people are moving because no one wants to do anything about these people because they get HUD. But it is not fair that the good people have to suffer. Check out apartment building 8 and building 4 and 6. Cops come by but turn their blinders on. Wish something could be done but we good people don't know who to tell or what to do. Please don't live here if you are not use to fights, drugs and a lot of cussing. BEWARE

I see another unsatisfied customer has beat me to the punch. Everything he says is true. Don't rent here! This place has horrible property management and maintenance. They raise the rent regularly and will cheat you out of your security deposit. Unfriendly and obnoxious trashy neighbors galore, especially in building 16. A meth lab was discovered two doors down from my unit last October. There are unruly, destructive brats all over the complex, with no parental supervision whatsoever. These demons are very disrespectful as well. On a daily basis, they destroy private and public property and are very loud and totally out of control, even way past dark. If you value your sanity and property, look elsewhere!

They are suposed to be income based and I am un employeed with wife, who does not work, and 1 yr old child that I am suporting as a private contractor. I am going to school full time at a local university inpursuit of a doctorate but these apartments are suposed to be income based and I am paying over $500 for a 2 bedroom with a $0 income. her friends only have to pay $333. but they stay up all night selling drugs. Keep in mind the $333 is the same layout and same 2 Br 1.5 bth apartment style we pay over 500 for and they work. the Apartment manager is choosy of who she lets in. many times i would watch her show some apartments and as soon as they were done she would tear up their application and throw it away with many available. Also if you smoke, have tatooes, outragious piercings or are the slightest bit medicated,--cover them up, hide tem, and hide that you medicate or you have no chance if you still want to live here. By the way she is pregnant and she is twice as bad and is in the office about once or twice every 2 weeks so if you can even turn in an application, Good luck and God Speed. If you are not a prior friend or know her previously dont count on an apartment or just plan to get screwed when your lease runs out.
