BT has extremely professional phone reps and more than professional drivers. They go out of their way to explain the product and services to the customer. Fair prices and great customer service I don't understand the other negative comments.....They are open Saturdays at the warehouse only 7-1 and they have a suffield location for pick ups two days a week!

I was a BT customer for 8 years and each year their customer service got worse. It shouldn't be this difficult to do business with a company, fortunately there are much better alternatives and I've found the competition to be much more affordable as well. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for your pellets.

Terrible customer service. They don't deliver when they say they will. They don't return calls within 24 hours per their website statement. They don't care about their customers.
