Ore Creek Apartments

I have been a resident here for a year. Interior repair work has gone unfinished for months. I am not allowed to run hot water after 10:00 pm because the clanging pipes disturbs the neighbors. My neighbor downstairs bangs on the ceiling (my floor) if I walk to the kitchen in the middle of the night or if I lower the footrest on my Lazy-Boy because the floors creak and it disturbs her.Then management takes her side because she does odd jobs for them.
