Flagstar Bank

If I could give them a -10 I would. I have had accounts at Flagstar in Brighton for years. I always run my checking low and have a healthy balance in my savings. Have had alerts set up so if my checking got below $300 I would receive a text alert and I would transfer funds. Well, with one of their banking system updates my alerts were blown out and over this past weekend I was billed almost $100 for the bank to electronically transfer money from my savings to my checking. When I called and inquired, they refused to refund my money. If it had been at all my fault, I could understand. However, that was not the case. This is theft as far as I am concerned. Consumer beware!!! Bad bank.

HORRIBLE at THIS BRANCH!!!!!!



I have been a customer for approximately 5 years mostly at another branch.Recently I was discussing something with a polite teller at this branch.We were in a cubicle when another teller burst in,picked up my drivers license,and (in a nasty tone of voice)asked what I was doing there.We were both shocked.I reported this incident to the Troy Mi.headquarters.They told me that they would have a field manager contact me.The next day I was contacted by the Brighton branch manager instead.She denied that any of this took place,claimed the other teller was called in to assist,and that what I said happened was untrue.All of this was yelled over the phone. I Asked why a field manager did not call me back as I was promised by Josh at headquarters. She yelled back that her and Josh are close and that he had said she could handle it. I am trying to contact someone at the Troy office to inform them of the terribly unprofessional and unaccountable manner in which this branch is being operated.
