        Overall

        We have lived here almost a year now in a three bedroom that we pay close to $1600.00 for. outdated appliances and counters, looks like low income housing around here which is funny since i pay so much. In the entire time i've been here on top of having outdated appliances i have a non working dishwasher that i have spoke to maintenance about three separate times and it still hasn't been fixed. My carpet was not laid correctly so there are multiple spots that are coming up, when we told maintence they refused to replace . Our parking lot is covered in ice with no one making any attempt to clean it up, it iced to the point where i almost slip daily on the way to my car with child in hand. On the parking note, there are not enough spaces. We complained about no parking and now have to pay for a garage so we dont have to park on the rd. Our portal hasnt worked since moving in so we have to pay late fees every month as well since we work out of town and cant come into office every month.
