Michelle listens to exactly the cut we want for our dog. Our dog always looks so cute when he comes out with a fresh cut and new bandana. In the winter, she even gave us a hand-knit sweater for our pup to wear. All free. She noticed our dog was marking and gave us some advice. We took her advice and now our dog no longer marks. Michelle goes above and beyond just grooming. I recently moved to Stamford and will continue to drive back to Black Rock to have my dog groomed there.

Called Michelle with concern over a dew claw nail that my Chihuahua (Philly) had snagged. The nail was almost on it's side. Explained to Michelle that there wasn't any blood or anything, but was afraid Philly might snag it again and pull it out. Michelle suggested bringing Philly to her with the understanding she might not be able to help. When I got there, Michelle was very courteous and explained where the nail was broke and she would be able to cut it off. Nail was cut and all was good! This was the first time I have met Michelle, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Michelle is not just a dog groomer she also grooms my persian cat I am always very pleased with the way Sir Monty Willoughby looks when he is done. She is also mindful not to book him in when there are lots of dogs there. I definitely recommend.

Ive have a Two year old pit- bull name Melody May. Ive now been bring her to Michelle for six months . Whenever i pick Melody up after her after her gromming she is always so clean and happy.! Michelles grooming is the best in the bridgeport and fairfield sections and i recommand her to anyone. She has a deep understanding of animals and see the true gentle beauty of the pit-bull.,a breed that has so often been abuse by us humans and therfore misunderstood by others .Thank you Michelle for making my grooming experence so rewarding. Michelle is the best dog groomer I've ever met! She is a very friendly person and My shih tzu Bailey loves to visit her! He always comes out looking great! Michelle knows a lot about grooming/caring for pets- and she's quick to share tips and info with clients. She is also excellent with timing. Bailey never spends more than a couple hours with her. Her shop is very clean and she has a wonderful variety of really great animal products at sweet prices. Michelle cannot be beat! :)

Michelle does a wonderful job on my Maltese Coconut! She goes in looking like a gray dust mop and comes out looking like a snow white princess! And Coco always smells so nice after a visit to Personal Touch. Michelle is very kind and has a beautiful place filled with all kinds of pet goodies (clothes, hand made sweaters, leashes) at very affordable prices. I also like the way Michelle doesn't make the pets stay all day. It is usually no more than a couple of hours.

Michelle is very helpful and honest, she really cares about pets and has excellent grooming skills and is also a vet techinican , it makes me feel very comfortable to leave my pets in her care. I wouldnt go any place else. Very nice lady..
