I've been going to dr Maiocco for 30 yrs! When my daughter started having problems I knew right who to take her to. Dr Moss is great but at the time my daughter had 2 insurances. No one told me her second insurance wasn't accepted. I called for an appointment and was told her file was locked up for a 16$ balance. Then I was told they don't take my insurance and that was that. My family has know Dr Maiocco 30 yrs!!! My family always goes there. My sister went to school with his son. My mom is good friends with Dr. Maiocco. We were blown off like complete strangers. After all of these years. I don't know who to take or trust with my daughter. Really disappointed.

I had been doctoring for 9 - 10 years for a specific ailment and not one specialist was able to help me until I was referred to Dr. Moss. He is compassionate, takes his time, explains everything in detail and follows up with his patients. I had seen Dr. Maiocco years before, yet he couldn't help me with my problem. I was thrilled when Dr. Moss joined the firm. Once or twice I had to wait a half hour or so (I bring a book to all Dr. appointments in anticipation of a long wait) but I have also walked in to his office quite often when NO ONE was in the waiting room, so I can't complain. I will never see any other dermatologist. If he ever moves, I move with him. Dr. Moss is great! Highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maiocco's since i was a teenager, I am now in my mid 40's. Although people complain about the wait, I wouldnt trust anyone else to treat me. Dr Maiocco is well worth any wait, just plan your day accordingly, people on one hand complain about being rushed, yet they complain about a wait. find someone else if your time is more important than your health.I will say the best thing that office did was getting rid of Dr Patrignelli, talk about condescending and arrogant !!! I saw him right after he started at this office, and i refused to go back to him for my follow up, Dr Patrignelli has NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL, JUST PURE COCKINESS..

I have been reading comments about the wait time. Perhaps the wait time is so long because these doctors are highly respected and sought-after. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Maiocco[ and never feel rushed. If he is taking his time with me, he is with others and may get backed up. He is professional, very comfortable to be around and listens to each and every concern.
