Golden Empire Chinese Restaurant

Okay.



So I have ordered from them several times and they have always taken a long time to deliver. For some reason, since they were the only business that "dorm stormed" my school and gave us all menus they're always the default Chinese food place.



Not. Any. More.



My friends and I will be finding a new place- even if we need to pick up the food.



Today we ordered food, and after an hour we finally received it. However, we were missing one of our items. Not even a hard meal to make- Steamed Broccoli and rice.

No sauce.



So okay- we call back and they apologize and say ten minutes. All is right in the world... wrong.



We called back and it went to voice mail 3 times. We give it five minutes, called back, and they answer. We explain our situation, nicely, and they hang up on us. We call back- it rings and then went to voice mail. So frustrating.



I'm someone who has special dietary needs and can not eat any of my friends food. I thought about going down there to get it but at this time it's not even worth it. I'm going to be eating plain white rice for dinner tonight thanks to their bad service.



Do not order from them. You will not be satisfied, if anything you'll end up wasting $7 for a meal that wasn't going to be worth it anyway.
