Purchased a "deal" from another website and scheduled a cleaning for 10/13/16 at 1:00pm. I called to confirm on 10/12 (company didn't call me) - she confirmed that the appointment was still on for 10/13. That was the last I heard from her. I took a day off of work and spent hours preparing my house for the cleaning. 1:00 came and went, so I called at 1:20 to see if they were on their way - no one picked up the phone. Throughout the day I called about 20 times and left voicemails as well as e-mails, with no response. I tried again today (10/14) - no response. I was stood up for my appointment, and am being ignored. This company is a scam. By the way, the 2 other reviews on Fbook that are 5 stars are from the owner of the company. Do NOT make an appointment with them - they will scam you.
