African Hair Braiding

This place is absolutely horrible. At first when I called the owner name Christine, she sounded pleasant on the phone. When I got there and they started to do my hair I had a hard time communicating with them because the girls that was doing my hair only spoke French. Long story short, they had a container filled with combs, the water was brown, the normal color should be blue. On top of that it had brown little dirt floating in the water. A young lady came to get a goddess braid she took one of the combs out of this container and knocked it against the wall and handed it to the lady. I pointed out that the comb was dirty. Christine then sighed and took the container to the rest room to wash it out. When my hair was finished it did not look like Senegalese braids. The braids was longer than I requested. I was very unhappy and on top of that was charged $150. A week later my hair started to slide out. I am so upset and when I called Christine to let her know, her response was "come in and we will fix it for you." I will never go back to this place, not even for them to fix my hair and one of the old lady that was in my hair her breath was ghastly, they were so loud and vulgar. Nothing professional, customer comes last here. I would not recommend anyone to this place. They care zero about customer service or client experience on a whole. If I had paid attention to the first post I would not have experienced this. Now this is the second post, please do not go here!!! Take heed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
