I wish I could give zero stars. My flowers never showed and their phone has been off the hook. Stay away!

Extremely disappointed... We received this arrangement of flowers for our moms funeral which was yesterday. The flowers were delivered at her viewing the night before. Yesterday was the funeral and the flowers were already deteriorating dried up. HORRIBLE! Friends paid really good money for this arrangement and if they just knew how quickly the flowers died. Horrible !!!

I have order several floral arrangements. For funeral always receive outstanding reviews.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! My husband has ordered flower arrangement on several occasions, and every single arrangement has been expensive yet CHEAP, UGLY and horrible. Valentines day they left the flower arrangement on the porch, chocolate box on the GROUND and when I sent a picture of the arrangement to my husband, he called to get a refund. The lady said for me to bring it to the shop and she would refund the money, minus the delivery fee, and when I got there she told me I was rude and inconsiderate because my husband ordered me flowers and chocolate and I was not happy. All in front of customers and store employees. The pot was from Dollar General, the bush was from Wal-mart and you could see hot glue all over the arrangement. HORRIBLE.

This was my first and last time to use this florist. I orderd flowers for my wife to be deliverd to her work and was told they would be deliverd before she got off. Well all the other women in her office received flowers from thier spouses but my wife never did. Made me look like a real jerk. THANKS ALOT. ( customer no more)
