Michael's Furniture

Michael's furniture was a great experience. Customer service is amazing, friendly and helpful, great options and not over priced. I needed a recliner chair for my father quickly as he was having surgery and needed to have his bad leg elevated. The chair may not have been the right color because I needed it right away, but it was delivered in 3 days because it was new in the store and I am very grateful for the help!

If I knew you in person, I would do all I could to convince you NEVER to go to Michael's Furniture. Michael and his salesman are absolute liars and bullies. They're friendly as can be, as long as nothing goes wrong. But as soon as there is a problem—especially if they make a mistake—the outright lies, hostility and bullying come out.
The long and short of it is that the salesman lied to us, we fell for it, and the owner refused to do anything about it and got downright nasty. We were told a specific sofa would be perfect for us with our pets, and that even if we did have problems we could return it. Not only did we have problems immediately, but Michael denied everything and refused to take the furniture back. He got so ugly that at one point he was calling my husband names and making threats against us. All for a lousy $959. Well you know what, we certainly got what we paid for. We got a "great deal" on terrible furniture and even worse, abhorrent customer service. No one, and I mean no one, should ever by treated that way by someone they're doing business with. So if you're in the market for furniture, I say run the other way, run far away. Or at the very least, do your research. Not even just online, but talk to your neighbors. You won't believe how many other people have had similar, terrible experiences with Michael. It's shameful. I wish I had known before giving him my business.

Came here for furniture and had the best customer service. Our salesman was Joe and he was great! Definitely would come back for more furniture!

Shopped all over incl Raymour & Flannigan, Value City, Squan Furniture...and Michaels blew them all away. We found out about them from our contractor that recommends all of his clients to go there, and found they can get everything that all of those other stores have but at better prices. We had items picked out that we wanted from shopping around and we saved thousands. The service we got was good everywhere, but the owner Michael spent about 3 hrs with us helping us nail every detail down and we couldn't be happier. I can't stand shopping so I'm glad I won't have to ever go from place to place looking for a deal on furniture, I'll just go straight to Michael's and will know I'm getting the best right off the bat.

Michael's furniture has the largest selection of beautiful furniture around! Lou is an absolute pleasure to buy from, as is all the staff. When my delivery day came, I was very pleased to have my furniture in my house and set up within an hour and a half of the beginning of my delivery window. The delivery men were friendly and very accommodating and there was no language barrier that would have made communication difficult . I couldn't be happier with Michael's and my new furniture!

I bought several pieces of furniture directly from mike himself. He was a pleasure to work with and honest. I chose not to have him deliver the furniture I picked it up my self. I was running late and called them they stayed 45 minutes past closed to wait for me. Highly recommended will be a life time customer.

I have shopped for a number of years at Michael's, and while I have compared prices many times, I truly feel that their prices and selection are second to none. Their customer service is always great, and they have worked with both my wife and I to find the right furnishings when we had something specific in mind. Most recently we searched everywhere for a desk and ultimately Michael was able to show us a number of choices that were very nice and fit into our budget. The store is always well decorated with plenty of nice accent pieces to choose from, and many times we have picked up something for our house that we were not even looking for!! Personally we have never been disappointed at Michael's, and if you like to shop at a store were the staff is personable and treats you like family, then this is the place for you!!

My mom was so pleased with her recliner purchase, and the sales staff was outstanding! She can't wait for it to be delivered, thank you Michael's Furniture!

I got a better set with the color I wanted for the same price that I was going to buy at a different store. Really beautiful stuff. Lou the salesman help me get the right size and fit couch for my living room. Planning to go back for other furniture as well.

The furniture is awesome. If your looking for different, this is your place. They really help find your vision for your decor. Come here first. You will not be disappointed.

Never buy furniture from them .they show you something nice on the book .when it come it look so bad .and they sue you even you refused right away .big scam .shame on them.i would like to get them 0 star

I am absolutely disgusted with Michaels Furniture. When I went to get prices, I was told delivery was free; delivery, set up/assembly & garbage removal. At the time of purchase, a price was agreed upon which included proper delivery. When I got home, I noticed my contract said "in box delivery". At that time, I called and complained and was told that they would correct it. Yesterday, my furniture finally came in and I was told it was an in box delivery. I told her it was changed, she put me on hold, came back on the phone and told me I was all set. I thought the issue was then resolved. Today they called to confirm and I confirmed it was indeed going to be assembled. I was then called back by someone claiming go be the "delivery company". But was actually calling directly from Michaels. He told me that I would have to pay $199 for assembly and box removal. If I knew this at time of purchase I would have canceled my order! I have never in my life heard of a company not assembling the furniture upon delivery. They said if I wanted to wait till Monday they would then contact the salesman and see if he remembered me and if he did then they would possibly do it. I refuse to wait any longer than we already have. Terrible customer service! I feel this is a total scam. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been a customer of this business, as well as my father, for YEARS. We have ALWAYS been treated with such professionalism and Michael's furniture that he has sold us has lasted us for MANY MANY years. Just today, I purchased a new kitchen set and the old one lasted us for 20+ years. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of furniture or bedding!

I HAVE KNOW THE OWNERS OF MICHAELS FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND BETWEEN MY PARENTS OWNING TWO HOMES AND I OWNING A HOME FOR 23 YEARS AND THEN PURCHASING ANOTHER HOME TWO YEARS AGO. WE COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO SELL MY PARENTS HOME THE FURNTIRE SOLD THE HOUSE, WHY IS THIS BECAUSE THE STAFF AT MICHAELS JUST DID NOT LET US BUY FURNTIRE FOR THE SAKE OF BUYING IT. THEY TOOK THE TIME AND DESIGNED EACH ROOM AND GUIDED US WITH THE RIGHT DIRECTION. WHEN I PURCHASED MY NEW HOME A YEAR AND HALF AGO, I WENT TO MICHAELS AND DID MY ENTIREE HOME FROM THEIR SHOW ROOM. IT PAYS OFF BECAUSE WHEN EVER SOMEONE WALKS IN MY FRONT DOOR, THE REMARKS ARE THE SAME----WOW WHERE DID YOU GET THIS PIECE OR THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL. THE SERVICE AT MICHAELS IS GREAT YOU ARE ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND THE DELIVERY MEN TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOB AS IF IT WAS THE FURNITURE FOR THEIR OWN HOME THEY GO WELL ABOVE AND DELIVERY SERVICE I KNOW. I WOULD RECOMMEND MICHAELS TO ANYONE.
