        I went in there to see about changing my service and the manager Cindy Curran was extremely helpful in explaining all the benefits of staying with Verizon. She had the patience to explain different ways to use my phone, something I'm sure I would not get with other companies. I will definitely stay with Verizon as long as Cindy is there and I will refer her to all the people I know.
