Precision Auto

I don't recommend this business to anyone for service on your automobile, based upon bad business practices. I went to Precision Auto to get my car fixed for an extensive repair that would cost over $1,000.00. I could only use a authorized state vendor due to being a part of a state program paying for part of the repair. I was up front with only being authorized to use state vendors and they were more than willing to be one and submitted all the requirements to be a state approved vendor at no cost to them. The estimates were received and approved by the State of Maine and the work was scheduled to be preformed. When the repairs were completed, late I might add, they then informed me they would not release my car until they were completely paid in full by the State of ME. As a vendor you agree to rules, policies to secure payment, you submit bill, then you get paid. Not any business in ME had acted this way, After enlisting the police, and State, my car was released.
