I have suffered with a painful tailbone condition called coccydynia for 2 years. Coccydynia is typically hard to treat because there are no surgical options and the cause is mostly unknown. After multiple painful steroid injections and taking medicine, I tried chiropractics. Dr Hudson told me that he had a special technique he created for treating this condition, and for the last 2 months he has been treating me with it. 99% of the pain has subsided and I am completely amazed. No one was able to help me with this until now. He is a great doctor and you can tell he definitely cares about his patients. If he can help with such an odd condition as mine, I know he can help anyone.

When I first went to the clinic I was going through some of the WORST pain a guy could handle. One day I was running and the next day- I couldn't move.



The day I called to make an appointment, they got me in THAT SAME DAY.



The staff was very friendly and were very helpful in explaining each therapy and what it did. I was also introduced to the cold laser therapy and still feel like it has changed my life!



Dr. Henderson was very professional and made time for me whenever I needed to get in. To this day I can walk in and he still is able to treat me.



The next day I went back to the clinic and the lady who does the billing had a sheet that explained my insurance, deductible and all.



All I can say is THANK YOU Dr. Henderson and staff for helping me get back on my feet.

I went to this clinic several times, but decided to move on to bigger and better things. Dr. Henderson was okay. I didn't have a terrible experience with him, other than he wasn't very overly friendly and seemed a little arrogant at times, creating an awkward silence on a few occasions. It seems like he's a little older, so his practices seem a little archaic to me. This wouldn't have bothered me so much, but dealing with the office staff is was really set me off. They are not friendly at all (except Denice- I liked her). On one occasion, they messed up on my account and blamed it on my insurance company for not paying what they owed. I went in circles with them several times. The secretary rudely told me that they only call patients' insurance as a ONE time courtesy and then it's our responsibility to deal with them thereafter. I can understand if there is a constant problem w/ insurance- but one time? Come on! Quite frankly, I've never heard of such a policy and I think it is substandard. (Also, it makes it rather difficult when it is actually a billing problem on their end and I'm left running circles with the insurance company for no reason, when the insurance has nothing to do with it). As if having a chronic problem, going in frequently, and paying for their services isn't a stressor already! The chiropractor I have now is awesome. He is very approachable and gentle. Everybody is friendly (which I strongly believe starts at the top). The office is very inviting. I go in every time, pay my co-pay and I never hear about any issues. (If there are any, they are probably kind enough to just deal with it- one less stressor for me to worry about). I hope this helps...
