Oasis Ultimate Day Spa Salon

The Oasis is a very nice spa, which is why I purchased a cift certificate for a 1 hour massage for my father in law. My problem is that he has passed away and did not get the chance to use it. I called the Oasis and explained my situation to them and asked if I could bring the gift certificate in (which my father in laws name is on) and swap it for another certificate of the same value so that I can give it to a friend as a Christmas present. THEY SAID NO!!!! I don't understand what the big deal is???!!! They've already got my money! I explained that it would be very tacky of me to give a gift certificate to someone with somebody elses name on it,(especially a deceased person). The only thing that the Oasis would actually be out is another piece of paper/the certificate itself, to which I offered to pay them $5.00 or $10.00 dollars for. I was still denied! I consider this BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When you own this type of business, good customer service should be a priority! I am very disappointed! =(

I have been getting facials for awhile and I know what a good facial is. One of the only reasons I get facials is to have someone extract my whiteheads. She piled a bunch of products on my skin knowing I had sensitive skin, which i can do myself at home. When she suppose to extract my whiteheads, she just punctured my skin with a needle and didn't bother to extract them. Afterwards I realized I paid for an hour of service and only got 45 minutes of a facial. was face was burning later from all the products. I later called and left a message for the manager who NEVER called me back.
