United Moving & Storage

I called them up and told them my moving situation and set up an appointment for one of their agents to assess my items for the move. Got off my graveyard shift and stayed up to prep for the appointment to get a no show and find out I wasn't even in the system. They told me before a small move was ok at $95/hour but when I got a hold of someone to set up another appointment to give them another shot they pushed a 4hr min. which they never mentioned before and being the move would take a lot less then 2hrs I told them 2hrs is the most I could do. The lady told me "good luck with that" and scolded me for setting up an appointment to assess my move for such a small move when it was mandatory. Just wanted a move not to lose sleep and dicked around with.

I really thought all movers were the same until I hired United out of Bremerton.. I live in Seattle so I thought it better to hire closer. Never again.. These guys were courteous, professional, in uniform and actually made the day fun for out entire family.. From the time I made the appointment with Kerry to the estimator Kelly that came out to bid the move, and then checked back daily to make sure all was well. Top notch team!

Our Relocation Consultant, Murray Phelps, was thoroughly professional and went well beyond what is considered good customer service. He personally delivered all our cartons (used, but in excellent condition) free of charge. All the other competitors never even offered cartons. He beat the others on price and was the closest to actual weight of them all. A real pro! Our driver, John, and his helpers were just as good. I would recommend United's services to anyone wanting a real bang for the buck.

This company has the best people I have ever dealt with. They were fast and curtious, professionals. Top knotch!!!!
