BEWARE!!

I had been referred to LK's Auto by Discount Tire (just up the street) to get the alignment done on my car and was told by Discount Tire that they had a special arrangement for a $59.95 alignment with LK's Auto and to call and set up that appointment before installing new tires.

So, I immediately called LK's Auto and explained to the girl who made the appointment what Discount Tire told me and she agreed, she went on to ask specific questions and confirmed the special price of $59.99.

So, 3 days later I have the tires installed and then went over to LK's Auto for my scheduled appointment.

When they were done, they charged me $118.65 (not the $59.95) Tim McClintock the service writer is a little weasel.
He said that "we no longer have the special deal and besides he said, it requires a coupon and you don't have a coupon"... OK, so tell me that now AFTER YOU DO THE WORK that you are not planning to honor the price?!

It is obvious that Tim is not the owner, because he has lacks the skills to handle situations like this appropriately, he is just a little weasel who refused to honor the original price quoted - of course not telling me this until AFTER they completed the work...
and went on to argue with me.

He even called Discount Tires.

Discount Tire was incredible the manger is Chris, and because they referred me to LK's and LK's didn't honor the price quoted, Discount Tires stepped up and covered the difference because LK refused to do the right thing..

Discount Tire Bremerton- YES..

LK's Auto Repair. NO GOOD.

I Will NEVER go the LK's Auto again, because Tim's actions showed me they are not honest nor honorable and I have to assume I am not the only customer that has experienced this.

We had a van donated to our church that had a transmission problem. LK's Auto Repair took the car in and within a couple of hours they called and gave us an estimate, which was a fair price (lower price than any other place I had checked with)and quick service. I would recommend LK's Auto Repair for all of your auto repair needs. Keep up the good work.

I like the treatment and attitude of the personnel that run and work at this business. They are knowledgeable and courteous. Provide explanation and responsive serivice.

I had remembered problems with the car that needed to get taken care of after a previous oil change and they again brought them up and the prcing was very affordable, they were efficient on gett the car done early enough since I had to wait. The lady at the front counter was very helpful in explaining things and helping my daughter have something to do while we wait.

Always friendly, helpful, and dependable work ethic. Refer my friends all the time. Linda and Keith are very nice people to work with. They take good care of my car.

Sorry but Bill doesn't do computers so you have to put up with me! My experience with your business has always been super and I particularly appreciate it that you clean the "inside" of my windshield for me!

I love coming here. I am always greeted by name and treated with respect. I have never felt taken advantage of. The only thing I would change would be the quantity of staff at the front desk. So far as I can tell there is only one, and she's backed up. Always a ton of work on her plate. At least hire someone to answer the phones. This lady deserves a raise!

All work was done on time and price was fair and no extra... If I felt something was not 100% it was taken care of the next day toa 110%..Great service from both Keith and Linda
