        RUDE customer service. I called to have flowers delivered and the lady I talked to was very hasty with me. She asked me for the card message and when I took a second to think about it she raised her voice and asked "The CAAAARD MESSAGE??" like I was a 3-year-old. NEVER ordering from them again.
