The 2 guys came and started loading furniture into the rented U-Haul. They covered very little furniture with blankets and we (my daughter and I) covered some furniture with plastic wrap for protection. We had to unscrew the beds ourselves. They had to get an additional U-Haul trailer to go behind the 20Ft. one we already rented because they told us there wasn't enough room for everything. When we had the furniture unloaded by another company. We found scratches on quite a few pieces of furniture because of improper loading and not being covered by blankets. The washer and dryer had rubbed together during transport and were also scratched. The company that unloaded our furniture said the 20 Ft. U-Haul would have been enough if it had been loaded properly and some of the furniture had been loaded correctly. They found unused protection blankets piled on a couch that could have been used to protect our furniture. We took pictures of the furniture damage and will be reporting them to the BBB. We hired them through U-Haul.
