Tri-State Home Improvements

Why arent there as many companys as this one? Great customer service and friendly sales man! Definatly recommend Tri-State Home Improvement to anybody looking to improve there home attractively, energy efficiently, and outlasting every other house in the neighborhood (unless they had buisness with tri state of course).

This company replaced the roof on our home. their estimate was fair. In the end, because they failed to notice other things that would need replacing and did not have those items included in their estimate, they repaired and fixed those items, without charging any more than the original estimate. They did the entire roof in a day and it looks perfect. We also had gutters with their leaf caps installed also and they look great, too. That was 2 years ago and everything is still great. I plan to call them again in the near future, for an additional roof job.

NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company they "fixed" our basement from leakages from the ground and after done it still flooded and killed our freezer, furnace, and washer and dryer and the company still refuses to pay for any damages or refund any of the close to $10,000 that was paid. Don't get me wrong though all the workers who helped install our system were very helpful its just the corporate branch of the company that has completely screwed us.

Tri State recently completed our windows and siding on our home. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to all. The pricing was great ( and they provided financing), they product was the highest quality, and the installation was smooth and professional.



I waited to write a review until the weather turned colder because I wanted to see the difference in my home energy bills. I am thrilled with Tri State in every aspect!
