Perfect Turf quoted me a flat rate of $500.000 for a spring clean-up and only did a partial job. They promised to return and complete the job but tried to change the terms of our agreement from a flat rate to an hourly rate. When I balked at this classic bait and switch con-job the owner, Paul Magness became abusive, argumentative, and began to blatantly lie about our original agreement. Clearly this man has problems with taking directions and keeping his word with women. I found this company to be sexist, dishonest, unreliable, abusive, and corrupt. He charged the credit card $500.00 before the job was ever complete. This was not an authorized charge and I plan to dispute it.
