After my uncle's family experienced a chimney fire, we recommended Santa's Friend Chimney Service fix the chimney repair need. They did a great job getting the chimney back in shape! We really appreciated the thorough communication from Jim and his crew. At each step, they explained what was needed and how it was going to be done. Efficient, knowledgeable, and nice to work with! Jim and his crew have been cleaning my chimney for about three years now. Before using a chimney service I had a chimney fire which was scary and dangerous. They did a great job cleaning up and giving me advice and help to prevent this. Now I feel much more confident in using my fireplace insert. Jim also recommended installation of a liner for my chimney. This has made my fireplace much more energy efficient. I highly recommend Santa's Friend Chimney Service and only wish I'd found them years ago! They dicovered where the leak in my attic was coming from and replaced my dysfuntional chimney chase cover with a new stainless steel model which is AMAZING! As a bonus, they even cleaned off the mold and mildew that had grown all over the north side of the chimney. They are punctual, knowledgable and super courteous. Plus they left the place cleaner than they found it - that's always a pleasant surprise! They are my go-to guys now, that's for sure!
