        When Mr Cutcher asked me if I would reccommend him regarding the commercial build-out of my Lighting Store in Ocala, I answered with an emphatic yes! Not only did RP help me with the persnickity permit dept - but he helped with design, material selection, and most importantly - offered cost-options that would fit my budget.
