        Selected a headstone for mom and stepdad, per their decision. Paid in full, Check was cashed. Another family member decided to buy a stone for her dad only without telling us. Wright's took a down payment from her and stopped work on ours. No legal leg or POA to stand on before Ralph Rose changed it.
