        I moved on

        I called to have someone come out to look at my air conditioning system that was not working. It took 3 days to get a call back. Sorry. But I had to move on to another company.

        I am an owner of this company and have not received any complaints in my office regarding this. Could this person be mistaking my company for another with a similar name? If this is correct I would like to know who made this complaint so that I can make efforts to rectify this.
