The receptionist name is lou. She has been very rude with a very intemidating attitude. And has hung up the phone on us several times when we call to try to talk to Jim knowles. We have always been respectful to her. I not sure the attorney knows how nasty she is towards clients. I do not recommend jim knowles at all. He is very pushy and does not even give accurate advice. Our mother just passed away and their has been a family dispute over the will. Jim knowles has said to go against what is stated in the will which is not legal. If you choose this firm to represent you be very cautious.
